Bidirectional drawing process

02-process flow

After the completion of the salivation process → thermostat → through the roller with different drilling rates → longitudinal drawing → axial drawing a certain multiple (transverse drawing) → heat setting → cooling → obtain the film with the specified thickness.

Longitudinal drawing machine, transverse drawing machine, traction winding machine, quench roller (commonly known as cold drum), casting system, etc.

Thickness process

Adopts the world’s most advanced NDC dual probe and infrared thickness meter, which is the best choice for finished PI film. It can get the thickness data of product within 3 milliseconds, and detect the thickness range from 1um to 5mm, with extremely high precision and resolution.

Annealing process

Through annealing process, the structure of PI film is more compact, and the high temperature and low temperature resistance of the product are greatly improved. And can eliminate static electricity (static electricity is easy to adsorb small substances, affect PI film insulation performance).

Cutting process

The eastward extension SNS slitting machine imported from Japan can better control the tension in the slitting process, so that the slitting products are more neat and beautiful; And can automatically correct deviation, the wind cutting error is less than 1 mm, fully meet the customer’s individual needs.

1. The rewinding shaft uses a single standard air-expanding shaft ring device, which completely solves the problem of core deviation. 2. Can be equipped with air slitting, slot cutting, rotary slitting three different slitting methods. 3. Equipped with a single axis through the pressing shaft device, and can be combined with a single pressing shaft. 4. It is very convenient to unload coils by using side open coiling spool. 5. Set up color LCD touch type display screen, can store 100 pieces of memory.

Winding process

After measuring the thickness of the polyimide film, the product is rolled up. After cooling, the film is cut (after corona treatment, the mechanical clamping part of the film is removed with a cutter), and then rolled up again to obtain the finished product of high strength polyimide film.
